Business Administrator in UAE (English / Arabic Speaker)
■Summary
- As a member of the UAE office, the candidate managed customer contracts, billing, and payments acquired by the sales team in UAE, as well as related tasks.
- The candidate to work on building and improving business flows, etc., and further accelerate our business development.
■Job Description
- Data entry of application forms for orders, changes, and cancellations, and checking of input contents
- Calculate invoice amounts and agency commissions, create sales data.
- Payment clearing, backlog management and dunning.
- Build new process flows and rules
- Identification of inefficiencies in existing operations and promotion of business improvement
- Responding to inquiries from inside and outside the company
- A wide range of other departments (development, information systems, labor, legal affairs, etc.), mainly in sales.
■MUST Qualification
- Experience in billing or sales work in the SaaS industry (billing, quotation creation, order-related work, etc.)
- Governmental knowledge, follow-ups
- SV experience at BPO centers and outsourcers
- Basic Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Examples of domains: Accounting, payroll calculation, expense reimbursement, contract application (insurance), year-end adjustment, onboarding procedures,
- Invoicing, etc.
- Fluent in English, and Arabic (written and spoken).
■Welcome Requirement (want)
- Experience using CRM such as Salesforce
- Experience in in-house billing
