About the role
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to aggressively drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across priority markets. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a proven hunter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by winning new logos and closing complex deals.
You will own the full sales cycle end to end from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure while building a robust and sustainable pipeline. Success in this role demands a high level of ownership, competitiveness, and execution discipline. You will stay closely attuned to market trends, product capabilities, and competitor movements, using these insights to sharpen your sales strategy and consistently outperform targets. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, and energized by measurable results and continuous growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence across the China market, with a focus on hospitality & restaurant groups
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to break into new logos and build a sustainable, high quality pipeline
Deliver compelling, consultative value propositions that address customer business challenges and differentiate from competitors
Stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity, sharing insights with prospects and internal teams
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM to ensure visibility and predictability
Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, client success, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth handover and customer success
Qualifications
Must Have
3+ years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in Hospitality SaaS, POS technology, or platform-based businesses
Proven track record in new business (hunter) sales, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling to restaurant groups or multi-location hospitality operators
Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with the confidence to lead complex sales discussions
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline and sales reporting
Solid understanding of the hospitality software / F&B market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Preferred
Sales Experience focused in F&B Tech, Dining platform, or Restaurant Technology Industries
Language skills
Chinese Native
English above Business level of verbal & written communication skills
(Internal communication will be mainly in English)
