About the role
The Data Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and play a key role in building and maintaining KPI frameworks, interactive dashboards, and automated reporting processes using Power BI and related tools. This role supports the FP&A function by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI to support FP&A and broader business stakeholders.
• Build automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes, improving accuracy and efficiency of financial and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to identify key performance metrics and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Manage data connections, transformations, and model structures within Power BI.
Requirement / Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of KPI framework design and financial/operational metrics.
• Working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and SQL for data querying.
• Ability to automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract-based setting.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting FP&A, finance, or accounting teams with data and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company environment.
Language skills (Must)
• Fluent English verbal & written communication skills

• Working hours: 11:00 JST – 20:00 JST (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST), Mon – Fri
