About the role
We are looking for a hands-on data analyst to own our sales data end-to-end. You will automate manual processes, manage Zoho CRM, build dashboards, and deliver insights that help the sales and customer success teams make better decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Automate manual data entry and build data-driven processes for sales tracking
– Manage and maintain Zoho CRM — workflows, hygiene, custom reports, and views
– Build and maintain a live sales performance dashboard
– Track revenue in vs out, deal velocity, and win/loss rates
– Identify underperforming regions and recommend interventions
– Model optimal selling prices by region and market segment
– Collate all manual data sources into clean, structured pipelines
– Support customer success with data tracking and reporting
– Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership
Requirement / Qualifications
– 3–6 years experience in a data analyst or sales operations role
– Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
– Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
– Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
– Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
– Ability to design and manage ETL/automation workflows
– Strong attention to data accuracy and process documentation
Nice to Have
– Python for data processing and automation
– Experience with Zoho Analytics
– Background in CRM migration or setup
– Pricing modelling or commercial analysis experience
– Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
Language skills (Must)
Business English skills in verbal & written communication
