About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business development, expand our customer base, and accelerate revenue growth across priority markets. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that support overall business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition & Market Expansion
Proactively identify and pursue high-potential prospects to expand TableCheck’s presence in the China market.
Drive new logo acquisition within hospitality and large restaurant groups as priority customer segments.
Open doors with key decision makers and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Understand customer challenges and position tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
2. End-to-End Sales Ownership
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
Build strong momentum in the sales process by consistently advancing opportunities toward close.
Clearly communicate TableCheck’s value proposition and ROI to decision makers.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations (onsite and virtual) that generate demand and accelerate adoption.
3. Pipeline Creation & Outbound Prospecting
Actively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting including cold calls, targeted emails, networking, and sales tools.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently exceed sales targets.
Secure high-quality meetings with decision makers and key stakeholders across target accounts.
Achieve weekly and monthly activity KPIs
4. Collaboration & Sales Discipline
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong client experience post-sale.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking in CRM.
Submit weekly sales updates including pipeline status, prospect lists, and sales activity reports.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
Monitor competitor activities, product features, pricing strategies, and new market releases
Gather and report insights from the field to help refine sales strategies and product positioning
Provide feedback on customer reactions to competitor offerings and emerging market trends
Qualifications
Must Requirement:
3+ years of hands-on sales experience preferably in Hospitality SaaS, POS technology, or platform-based business; owning sales targets, pipeline management, and forecasting for a defined market
Proven track record of driving new sales in SaaS product industry and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Excellent sales presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills working cross-functionally (e.g. Marketing, Product, Operations)
Ability to think strategically and analytically in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales reporting
Understanding of hospitality software or F&B market industry, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; business-level English required for communication with regional and global stakeholders
Preferred:
Sales Experience focused in F&B Tech, Dining platform, or Restaurant Technology Industries
