About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will create new business sales opportunities for TableCheck. SDRs will research restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators in the Asean region. Then, the SDR will create an outreach plan and determine how these operators can benefit from using the TableCheck platform. SDRs will identify, engage, and qualify prospects that fit within our target customer profile. You will play an important role in the sales process by promoting the power of our one of a kind guest experience and retention platform through introductory and discovery calls. Our most successful SDRs are curious, autonomous, and goal-focused. You are someone that connects and builds positive relationships with people from all walks of life.
Duties & Responsibilities
・Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers and decision makers using various tools; build targeted lists for outreach.
・Outreach & research: Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, social outreach); test and adopt tools/techniques to improve contact discovery and outreach effectiveness.
・Engagement: Inspire prospects to learn how TableCheck can benefit their business; qualify interest and business fit through discovery conversations.
・Pipeline management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM; track lead status and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development Manager in a timely manner.
・Relationship building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects across Thailand to drive long-term engagement and conversion.
・Contract support: Assist the sales team with contract-related tasks (preparing proposals, gathering required information, coordinating signatures, and basic contract follow-up).
・Reporting: Record activities and outcomes; share regular reports on outreach performance and prospect feedback.
Qualifications
Requirement
Must have 2+ years sales development, business development, or inside sales experience in F&B Tech SaaS industry : OTA (Restaurant Bookings / Vouchers), POS System (Hotel / Restaurant), any other Tech SaaS for restaurant clients
Have a strong passionate in hospitality industry
Strong communicator with persuasive phone and email skills
Strong research and prospecting skills; able to identify relevant decision makers
Familiar with CRM system, data tools
Have incredible attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple request
Language skills (Must)
Thai Native
Business English skills in verbal & written communication
Conditions & Work Environment
Position Type: Permanent Full time Employee (Probation period:3 months)
Working hours: 10:00〜19:00
Holidays: Sat, Sun and National Holidays
Others: Travel may be required
