About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key account relationships, and drive revenue growth across priority markets. This senior-level position requires a strong commercial acumen, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
The Sales Manager will oversee high-value client accounts, lead complex deal negotiations, ensure the successful delivery of solutions, from initial pitch and demonstration to project implementation and final payment collection.
This role goes beyond individual sales performance to include mentoring sales team members, optimizing sales processes (SOP) and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic acquisition, expansion, and retention of key accounts.
- Lead client engagements, including executive-level presentations, contract negotiations, and long-term relationship management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Operations, IT, Product, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and client delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales members, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.
- Optimizing sales processes by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Accountable for meeting team sales targets and addressing any performance/sales shortfalls.
Qualifications
- Have minimum 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
- Have at least 3 years sales experience preferably in F&B Hospitality or IT Tech industry managing clients from major international hotels.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting.
- Deep understanding of hospitality software or F&B market industry, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent sales presentations.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and account management skills.
